Take back your digital freedom with a Google-free, private and secure smartphone!

Breaking free from the grip of Big Tech
Why allow technology companies to collect, analyse, predict cognition and behaviour, train AI and sell your data when it is so easy to say NO!?
Most smartphones are equipped with 10+ hardware sensors that constantly even when the device is in airplane mode or switched off, collect data from the environment (e.g. magnetometer, pedometer, light sensor, proximity sensor, humidity sensor, GPS, gyroscope, temperature, microphone, cameras...).
Moreover, many pre-installed applications (which cannot be removed) are real spyware. Extremely, almost always require an account to be usedThis account is a unique identifier that tracks you (e.g. email, phone number, IP, etc.).
[…]
Big Tech collects, aggregates and stores all this huge mass of 'Big Data' at different touchpoints, creating profiles, identifying, analysing patterns and predicting behaviour and cognition.
Flagging and identifying millions of people so deeply has always been an omen of great problems for freedom, so at least history teaches us.
Have you ever wondered: what if the data collector hands it over to my government? What if all of a sudden things were to change and my government turned against me? How far back could they go in my personal history? What information do they have in their possession?
The good news is that you don't have to tolerate this. The alternative is there and always has been.... avoid carrying around or using a smartphone.
But if you just can't help yourself...
A de-googled phone is based on an alternative version of Android: LineageOS, CalyxOS and GrapheneOS are among the most private and secure open source versions.
For everyday use, the 99% is identical to the typical Android experience, but with one important exception: there are no Google apps installed! This means that your phone no longer tracks your every move and does not send your data to Google's servers. It is your phone and your data, you should be able to decide what to share!
You will have 100% control of your data, without tracking or spying.

Aspects to consider for a private smartphone:
Look for it on tutti.ch or similar or on companies or online shops that ask for the minimum of personal information (like ours). If you pay with a credit card or similar, the serial number of your smartphone will be linked to your identity.
There are dozens and dozens of models out there that allow for easy battery removal (in seconds), so as to ensure that the device is truly OFF in circumstances that require more privacy. The Fairphone is one example, the LG G5 another.
We can perform the complex operation of desoldering the microphone (and/or camera) from your mobile phone's motherboard, ensuring on the 100% that your smartphone is not listening to you when you don't want it to. You can then communicate using an external microphone attached via jack, USB or Bluetooth, detaching it later when you don't need it.
There are dozens of OS models out there that are more secure, private and open source than the most popular iOS and Android. You can choose to stop being a product of big tech!
An eSIM is a digital SIM card. It allows you to choose any international data network provider (roaming), without compromising privacy.
No, telegram is not private as to create an account it asks you for information (phone number) that is linked to your identity. There are good private and free alternatives (element.io, session, teleguard, wire, etc).
Privacy = 0

Classic with Android
Android is neither a secure nor a private system. With adroid, the smartphone is in effect a surveillance device, disguised as a 'common object'.
Privacy = 1

Fairphone with /e/OS
/e/OS is a degoouged version of Android. It is a good starting point as a private OS and almost all the functionality of android is retained. Ideal for a novice.
Privacy = 2

Galaxy with LineAgeOS
LineAgeOS is a private OS that allows a lot of flasibility. It is one of the oldest and much more robust and private than /e/OS. However, not as secure as Graphene OS. A good compromise.
Privacy = 3

Pixels with GrapheneOS
GrapheneOS is currently the most private and secure OS around. However, not all the features of Android have been retained and not all apps are compatible with it.
